Position Overview:

We are currently seeking 3 determined Account Verification Specialists who embody our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The Account Verification Specialist works on a variety of outbound dialing campaigns to Brink's customers, including each of the following: working with a list of accounts to contact prospective customers, conducting Quality Assurance Surveys, providing customers with system updates and other types of calls to verify, compile and process information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts outbound phone surveys with prospective customers to determine level of satisfaction, verify pertinent information and elicit specific information needed.
  • Meets and maintains standard rate of dials per hour.
  • Analyzes information using established guidelines to determine if the account should be recommended for purchase.
  • Conducts other types of calls to verify and/or obtain specific information and processes the information utilizing established guidelines.
  • Enters data into MAS for Retention department.
  • Conducts research to solve problems or find missing information.
  • Escalates nonstandard problems to Sr. Agent III or Lead Agent.
  • Handles basic escalation issues when receiving negative feedback from customers while conducting surveys.
  • Proactively works to maximize the performance of the team and organization.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Typing skills of at least 30 wpm
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Excellent with spelling and grammar
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects
