This role serves as the day-to-day leader for key client relationships, guiding projects from concept through completion while partnering closely with internal teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead Client Partnerships

  • Serve as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for key client accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide proactive recommendations that deliver value beyond the immediate project scope.
  • Build strong relationships while demonstrating 500°’s commitment to achieving client objectives.

Drive Project Excellence

  • Own large, complex projects from start to finish.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and seamless execution across projects.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact work or relationships.

Present and Communicate with Confidence

  • Lead client presentations and effectively communicate campaign strategies and creative recommendations.
  • Serve as an expert in creative brief development and agency processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for both sides to ensure success.

Support Creative Production

  • Attend and oversee photo shoots as needed.
  • Partner with creative leadership to ensure assets meet brand standards and project objectives.
  • Represent the agency professionally while clients are on set.

Lead and Develop Teams

  • Provide direction, coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to direct reports.
  • Support onboarding and development plans for team members.
  • Serve as an escalation point and provide backup support when challenges arise.
  • Foster collaboration and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.

Contribute to Agency Growth

  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for organic account growth.
  • Support new business efforts and help expand client relationships.
  • Balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive results.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and project management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retail or restaurant merchandising clients.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
  • Keynote proficiency.

Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% as needed for client meetings, photo shoots, and industry events.
