Job Purpose:
Our Account Specialist will maintain client relationships, act as a primary point of contact and addressing their inquiries and concerns. This role supports the Sales team and coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.Job Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day client engagement including working with estimating, scheduling, and production to ensure the client’s expectations are met.● Help the sales team by being responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
● Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and provide updates on products or services.
● Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams and provide regular updates on account status and performance.
● Ability to identify and resolve client issues and analyze account data to identify opportunities.
● Manage assigned book of business in support of sales/margin and customer satisfaction.
● Add value to the business by process improvement, support RFPs; onboard new customers, assist other team members and project specialists.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
● Respond to inquires from customers.
● Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience:
● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.Education:
