As an Account Specialist within Marsh Operations, you will be part of a team focused on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You will sit at the heart of Marsh’s value proposition for clients, partnering closely with colleagues across the Middle East to support client service and renewal delivery.

You will support the Client Executive and Placement teams across the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, including:
Client servicing and coordination- Collaborate with the Client Executive team to deliver outstanding client service
- Support the Client Executive with gathering and formatting renewal information and required documents
- Manage and record client and carrier communications in Marsh systems to ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with creation/maintenance of renewal documents and reporting on open items
- Organize, plan, and monitor effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes
- Support accurate record-keeping and data entry in relevant systems
- Manage, track, and report the lifecycle of renewals across stages including PRISM, RSM, Placement, and Invoicing
- Generate and track NDA and KYC requirements with clients per internal process (including via Docusign) for Client Executive (CE) and Business Development (BD) colleagues
- Track progress of renewal and new business stages through JIRA
- Gather/update client exposure information (Ezynsure), prepare/update slips (quote slip, placing slip), and collect claims data
- Coordinate with the placement team to submit/follow up quote slips and supporting documents
- Record insurer responses and quotes in Ezynsure
- Analyze and prepare draft comparisons (Financial and Coverage Comparison – FCC) for client team review
- Prepare and update placing slips for review; follow up for signed slips (JIRA)
- Capture and archive client responses (Ezynsure/shared folders)
- Follow up and review certificates obtained from insurers (JIRA/Docusign)
- Track, follow up, and perform a first-level check of policy documents; coordinate review with placement and client teams
- Track and manage endorsements and certificate issuance (Ezynsure/JIRA)
- Remain current and compliant with all Marsh compliance, professional, and transparency standards
- Maintain a solid understanding of insurance procedures and related legislation
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in client and renewal documentation
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines—especially during renewal cycles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and comfort switching across multiple systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teams across different locations
- Excellent time management and the ability to work effectively in a self-directed way within a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the insurance sector and/or client service environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
