We are seeking a talented individual to join our team. This role will be based in Bahrain. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for designated low-risk, small accounts and help deliver a high-quality client experience. You will support senior colleagues by coordinating account activity, resolving routine issues, and strengthening client relationships through responsive service and strong organization.
We will count on you to:- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts, following up on correspondence to strengthen relationships.
- Conduct account and industry research, including benchmarking studies, to build understanding of client needs and trends.
- Manage day-to-day account activities for small accounts, including billing requests, gathering information for quotes, and maintaining project calendars.
- Coordinate between internal senior professionals and clients, including organizing meeting logistics and ensuring follow-through on next steps.
- Identify and help mitigate account concerns, resolving issues promptly and escalating appropriately when needed.
- Report relationship satisfaction and key updates to senior colleagues to ensure alignment internally and externally.
- Experience supporting clients or accounts in a coordination, service, or account management role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment and a customer-focused mindset, including knowing when to escalate issues.
- Experience supporting professional services, consulting, insurance, or financial services clients.
- Comfort producing client-ready materials such as benchmarking summaries, trackers, or calendars.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify process improvements that enhance the client experience.
