Account specialist play a very important role in driving improvements in clinical outcomes for PD therapy. This requires coordination with the Clinical Specialist team, HCPs, and patients. Their actions result in an increase in patients' time on therapy (PD).
•
Drive Therapy Awareness for Patients / HCP
•
Driving excellence in patient counselling by Clinical Specialists.
•
Driving 5 days ITP training & home setting for the new patients through CS
•
Therapy & Product training for HCP (incl PACE, PATH etc.)
•
Demo/ Training of APD & Share source.
•
Drive training program through CS (PEP) to educate patients on selected topics.
•
Implement Operational Excellence in Patient Support & Data Management to Maintain Accuracy, Confidentiality & Regulatory Compliance
•
Training Clinical Specialist while onboarding and coaching sessions on quarterly basis.
•
Responsible for driving weekly planning and accountability of its execution in the region.
•
Planning Quarterly Dept meeting to review outcomes of PD program in top 3 accounts.
•
Monthly PD Bulletin & PET report discussion with HCP in Top accounts
•
Check & confirm all patient Consent /ERM forms properly filled & submitted by team.
•
Reporting of all Therapy Gain, Loss & Patient migration weekly basis
•
Report all Adverse events received to Baxter pharmacovigilance team within the timeline
•
Improved Patient Experience by Enhancing Patient Satisfaction & Outcomes
•
Visit to patients along with CS to check the quality of training & patient follow up by CS
•
Ensure formal escalation closure for every patient queries/concern within the timeline
•
Follow up of High-Risk patient data with CS on weekly basis
•
Joint visit with CS for sharing feedback of ITP/FU with concerned doctort

Skills Required
- Coordinate with Clinical Specialist team, HCPs, and patients
- Drive patient and HCP therapy and product training (including demos of APD & Share source)
- Train and coach Clinical Specialists during onboarding and quarterly sessions
- Implement operational excellence in patient support and data management; maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
- Report therapy gain/loss, patient migration weekly, and report adverse events to pharmacovigilance within timelines
- Plan and execute weekly region planning and quarterly department meetings; manage PD bulletin and PET report discussions
- Verify patient consent/ERM forms are properly completed and submitted
- Conduct patient visits and follow-ups with Clinical Specialists; ensure timely escalation closures
