The Role
Deliver peritoneal dialysis (PD) training to doctors, technicians, and nurses across an assigned territory; plan and execute weekly field activations, quarterly and monthly training programs (PACE, SS, Share Source, patient education), establish and manage PDCCs, run SOCPD activities, oversee PV reporting and therapy complaint closure, and provide ongoing customer service and team training to improve clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

To provide PD Training to Doctors, Technicians, Nurses in hospitals of the assigned territory.

Responsible for weekly planning in SFE and accountability of its execution in the field for activations.
Plan PACE Trainings on quarterly basis & same should be executed 
Plan Share source training program in new accounts & quarterly training in existing accounts
Plan account level Patient education program in top 5 accounts
Plan Initial Training program & patient follow up program as per protocol on monthly basis
PACE – PD Accelerated Clinical Excellence in TOP accounts
Execute SOCPD in top identified account and engage with 2/year activities
Establish & manage PDCC in identified accounts and manage throughout the year.
Execute SS training on quarterly basis for existing & new accounts.
Meeting PV reporting timelines ( JCF, PV-AE-SAE, therapy Reports) to ensure formal response and closure to  complaints
Manage CS/ team training on regular intervals to enhance the knowledge skills

Skills Required

  • Provide PD training to doctors, technicians, and nurses in hospitals within assigned territory
  • Plan and ensure execution of weekly SFE field activations
  • Plan and execute quarterly PACE and SS trainings and Share Source training programs
  • Plan account-level patient education programs and monthly initial training and patient follow-up per protocol
  • Execute SOCPD activities in identified accounts and engage in ~2 activities per year
  • Establish and manage PDCCs in identified accounts throughout the year
  • Meet pharmacovigilance (PV) reporting timelines (JCF, PV-AE-SAE, therapy reports) and ensure complaint closure
  • Manage customer service/team training on a regular basis to enhance knowledge and skills
