Skills Required
- Provide PD training to doctors, technicians, and nurses in hospitals within assigned territory
- Plan and ensure execution of weekly SFE field activations
- Plan and execute quarterly PACE and SS trainings and Share Source training programs
- Plan account-level patient education programs and monthly initial training and patient follow-up per protocol
- Execute SOCPD activities in identified accounts and engage in ~2 activities per year
- Establish and manage PDCCs in identified accounts throughout the year
- Meet pharmacovigilance (PV) reporting timelines (JCF, PV-AE-SAE, therapy reports) and ensure complaint closure
- Manage customer service/team training on a regular basis to enhance knowledge and skills
