Job Summary

The Account Specialist is dedicated to ensuring precise and efficient processing of customer orders, prioritizing utmost satisfaction for our Diversity line which supports medical equipment, sports and heavy equipment . Their key role involves providing comprehensive product information, managing order processing through various channels, and maintaining clear communication with customers until resolution. Additionally, they support team efforts by analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments to streamline operations.

What Success Looks Like

 

  • Offer comprehensive product information, pricing, and assistance to selected accounts.
  • Accurately process orders from multiple sources including phone, web, email, and fax.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers via phone and email until resolution.
  • Ensure accurate order processing within an ERP system
  • Assist with customer returns, exchanges, and related processes.
  • Handle documentation such as Bill of Ladings and Customs Papers as required etc.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service experience in a high-volume, high SKU environment.
  • Preferred experience with CRM and ERP systems
