Manage B2B customer accounts for a Diversity product line by providing product/pricing information, processing high-volume orders across channels, maintaining customer communication until resolution, handling returns/exchanges and shipping/customs documentation, and supporting cross-department coordination and reporting to streamline operations.

Maintain and govern customer master data and CRM records; analyze sales data for forecasting, demand planning, trend analysis, and customer insights; troubleshoot data issues, enforce data policies, and produce reports and visualizations to support business decisions.

Design and develop plastic products and tooling using 3D CAD; create CNC programs; lead new product production implementation, testing, and validation; ensure manufacturability, quality, and reliability while managing multiple projects.
