Responsibilities include reviewing job orders, setting up machines, loading materials, managing inks and consumables, aligning screens, inspecting print quality, cleaning equipment, maintaining a safe workspace, and meeting production timelines. The role requires physical activity, regular attendance, possible overtime, and lifting up to 35 pounds regularly or 75 pounds with assistance.

Manage B2B customer accounts for a Diversity product line by providing product/pricing information, processing high-volume orders across channels, maintaining customer communication until resolution, handling returns/exchanges and shipping/customs documentation, and supporting cross-department coordination and reporting to streamline operations.

Coordinates front desk operations and serves as the first point of contact for employees and customers. Provides administrative support, manages calls, meetings, calendars, supplies, mail, deliveries, visitor badges, catering, conference rooms, travel arrangements, documents, and office procedures. Maintains organized office and meeting spaces while delivering professional customer service and supporting management and company operations.

Maintain and govern customer master data and CRM records; analyze sales data for forecasting, demand planning, trend analysis, and customer insights; troubleshoot data issues, enforce data policies, and produce reports and visualizations to support business decisions.
