The Red Hat Enterprise Sales team is looking for a Account Solutions Architect to join us in Puteaux, France. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical trusted advisor for the customer and Red Hat Sales team. You will create possibilities, solve problems, and establish trusted working relationships with our customers. You will help our customers invest in solutions from across the Red Hat portfolio that will give them a competitive advantage.
As a Account Solutions Architect, you'll support enterprise account executives in managing large accounts and businesses. We’ll need you to apply your technical expertise, passion for open source, thorough understanding of business processes, and ability to identify and create business solutions across multiple technology platforms at the enterprise level. You’ll also need excellent communication and people skills because you'll be a crucial part of the first impression our customers have with Red Hat.
This is an office based in France, with frequent travels to customer sites.
What you will do
Serve as the trusted advisor to your customers’ technical teams and their business contacts
Lead the technical conversation, explaining the ways in which Red Hat’s portfolio and architected solutions address the customer’s business and organizational requirements
Demonstrate and discuss how the use of the Red Hat portfolio is able to solve customer problems and use cases for both self-managed and hosted Red Hat offerings, with applicability to the customer's infrastructure and application architectures
Identify and mitigate any architectural conflicts within the account base, and help the Sales team identify and win opportunities within the context of the customer’s existing set up and needs
Own the Technical Account Plan, part of the overall Account Plan
Work closely with the enterprise account executive on steering strategy and accountability across the extended team
What you will bring
Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystem (including competing technologies), Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform or competing enterprise automation technologies, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or competing operating systems, and Cloud Service Providers
Knowledge of DevOps concepts, tools, and best practices, and application development concepts
Ability to translate technical knowledge and skills into proposals, presentations, standard demos, and customer workshops
Experience working with Salesforce and life cycle selling process
Ability to coordinate associates and influence internal and external stakeholders
Consultative selling excellence
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Ability to present and have technical and business discussions with C-level executives
Willingness to travel
