The Ecosystem Account Solution Architect for Google will serves as SME in advanced workshops, demos, and proofs of concept. You will collaborates closely with Googles Red Hat Alliance team, partners, sales, product and customer success, to align solutions with business outcomes. You will be responsible to assist in driving opportunity development and focus on customer and partner success.
What you will do
For this Ecosystem Account Solution Architect role, the ASA collaborates to co-develop and certify joint partner solutions, and assist in opportunity development.
Set and achieve partner enablement objectives aligned with Red Hat’s strategy.
Lead technical partner co-creation activities, including workshops and pilot projects.
Coordinate Red Hat technical resources to ensure customer and partner adoption success.
Design innovative technical solutions addressing customer and partner-specific challenges.
Map business problems and technical challenges into Red Hat’s solutions and utilizing Google Cloud
Utilize Google Marketplace to support customer and partner solution transactions
Develop lasting relationships with key technical and business stakeholders at Google and Red Hat’s partners
Develop solution strategies for complex opportunities, including RFx responses or joint certifications (Ecosystem SA)
Collaborate with product engineering to align designs with roadmaps and innovations
Help to lead identification of key areas for strategic GtM efforts with the Google and Red Hat Alliance teams
Manage technical account plans for key strategic partnership aligned objectives with best practices created by GtM efforts with Google
Develop the overall technical account plan and strategy; lead an ongoing cadence with all technical associates
Participate in Google and partner events, workshops and solution scoping
Engage and lead in the process of opportunity development
Work with strategic partners of Red Hat and Google to expand our efforts for partner and customer success
Collaboration with the Red Hat Alliance teams and Partner Account Managers
What You Will Bring
Experience working in sales engineering, technical account management, consulting, IT architecture, or in an equivalent field supporting ecosystem partners and sales
Ability to deploy infrastructure and marketplace solutions in Google Cloud, along with ability to demo (experience with other hyper-scaler experience will be considered)
Google Cloud Certifications (certifications with other hyper-scalers will be considered)
Knowledge of enterprise solutions and architectures including; container technology, DevOps, public cloud technologies, automation, AI and virtualization
Knowledge of all Red Hat’s solutions and overall architecture; continuing education is ongoing on Red Hat’s solutions, sales and technical training
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Demonstrated record of developing relationships across multiple business segments and roles
Ability to interpret customer business problems and technical issues and effectively explain how Google and Red Hat’s solutions align with identified challenges or requirements
Willingness to travel, maximum of 50%
Technical account plan creation and business value discovery experience

The salary range for this position is $181,090.00 - $289,630.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
