Join our team as an Account Sales Manager for UNFI and take charge of managing key elements of the Land O’Lakes Dairy Foods retail portfolio. You'll develop customer relationships, plan business strategies, and work closely with your Team Leader and the UNFI Customer Development Manager to build a solid foundation in Customer Management.
Your responsibilities will include achieving sales volume targets, managing trade spending, developing promotional plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to share customer trends, issues, and opportunities. You'll use data to create actionable insights that improve customer and Land O’Lakes sales, profitability, and share.
Preferred location is in the Midwest (St. Paul / Minneapolis, St. Louis) or West (Seattle, Portland, Southern CA) U.S.A.
Required Experience and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of consumer-packaged goods and/or related sales experience
- Ability to travel approximately 30%-50% of the time
- Strong analytical skills with solid financial acumen and the ability to understand and process data along with developing recommendations
- UNFI experience preferred
Salary range: $105,040 - $157,560 (In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges)
