- Contribute to a high-performance sales culture through strong ownership, clear communication, and consistent execution.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Several years of B2B sales experience in account management, solution sales, or strategic customer development.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and create, qualify, and advance new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across internal functions and influence stakeholders to move opportunities forward.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage sales activities against defined targets and KPIs.
- AI tool literacy, with willingness to actively leverage AI tools to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Motivation to explore and propose effective ways of using AI tools in daily sales activities and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience in semiconductors, electronic components, factory automation, industrial equipment, power, or control-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.
- English communication skills for internal collaboration are preferred.
