THE OPPORTUNITY:

Account Representatives for HUB’s Certificate Processing Unit provide critical support to our customers by providing them accurate and on-demand Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner, ensuring the Proofs are issued in accordance with their insurance coverages and policy provisions.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma/GED
• Have at least 2 years of related insurance experience
• Are currently licensed or are willing to obtain an insurance license within 6 months of hire
• Have exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Have the ability to construct accurate Proofs and Evidences of Insurance in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
• Have demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Possess a sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Are seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organization
• Have a desire to help others protect their future
• Are a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business
• Believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others
• Required Travel: No Travel Required

Responsibilities

• Account Representatives for HUB’s Central Processing Unit provide critical support to our customers by providing them accurate and on-demand Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner, ensuring the Proofs are issued in accordance with their insurance coverages and policy provisions.
• Facilitate positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and colleagues
• Quickly respond to incoming requests from clients and colleagues
• Check policies/endorsements within client file against insurance requirements to effectively and accurately provide Proofs of Insurance for our clients
• Maintain accurate and organized account files

The expected salary range for this position is $20- $28.84/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
