BloomNet is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to support and grow our network of florists across the New England region. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering value-driven solutions, and managing a dynamic territory.
As an ARM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your customers—helping florists maximize their business through BloomNet’s products, services, and programs while driving long-term customer success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with florists across your assigned territory
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to educate customers on BloomNet offerings and drive engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and contract execution
- Develop and execute a structured follow-up strategy to increase customer retention and program adoption
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive incremental revenue
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position BloomNet effectively
- Utilize Salesforce to manage pipelines, track activity, and report performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to support client success
- Represent BloomNet at trade shows, industry events, and local market visits
- Share insights and best practices to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience in outside sales or account management
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%)
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
