Account Receivable Specialist (Guatemala)

Job Overview:

TopDog Law is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support our finance operations through high-volume data entry and document management. This role is essential to ensuring payments are accurately recorded, organized, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter payment data into Salesforce and internal systems
• Review incoming payments from referral partners and capture key details, including attorney amounts
• Ensure all financial data is recorded correctly and consistently

• Organize, move, and store financial documents in the appropriate systems
• Review and edit PDFs to ensure documents are properly formatted and usable
• Break down large scanned files (e.g., bank lockbox scans with multiple distribution sheets) into individual documents

Required:

• 1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, data entry, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with systems like Salesforce, or ability to learn quickly
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with financial documents or payment processing
• Familiarity with PDF editing tools
• Exposure to lockbox processing or high-volume document workflows
