The Account Operations Manager (AOM) is focused on serving a set of customers through a supporting stakeholder management model to capture customer operational needs and collaborates directly with the Test & Measurement Sales team to increase their efficiency by orchestrating operational activities and efforts to meet the customer's objectives. The AOM oversees designing and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles, enabling channels and spaces to teach the customer how to take advantage of Test & Measurement tools and resources to self-serve and manage external and internal escalations.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leverage operational expertise to customize and own the account treatment strategy by developing and executing the account support plan
- Be a trusted collaborative partner for sellers by providing operational expertise throughout the customer journey (Pre-Sales, coordinate delivery, Post sale activities) to enhance sales productivity.
- Manage operational aspect of opportunities through the opportunity lifecycle, remove roadblocks to accelerate billings
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationship with key technical and operational counterparts within the accounts to capture customer operational profile to provide effortless customer experience.
- Providing differentiated support by understanding customer needs, Test & Measurement business model, offerings, and capabilities.
- Apply commercial acumen to capture buying cycle insights (lead discovery engagements with the customer to capture funding source, procurement process, and approval process).
- Responsible for managing customer assets and entitlements.
- Identify opportunities to drive velocity and remove roadblocks through the customer engagement process.
- Proactive opportunity and project management with cross functional teams to streamline customer experience and maximize revenue
- Provide inputs into the Quarterly business reviews and score card reviews

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a support role within Sales or Operations functions
- Fluent English and other European language competency
- Possess the ability to build strong partnerships both internally and externally
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver crisp, concise verbal and written updates
