Key Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing & Strategy
- Own the end‑to‑end ABM strategy for TSMC, aligning marketing priorities to account revenue goals, technology roadmaps, and fab expansion plans
- Translate TSMC’s business objectives (yield, uptime, sustainability, cost, water circularity) into clear, quantified value propositions
- Develop multi‑year account marketing plans tied to node transitions, capacity expansions, and regional fab investments
Customer Engagement & Executive Narratives
- Create executive‑level storytelling for TSMC leadership, including account value narratives, innovation roadmaps, and sustainability impact summaries
- Support and package Technical Review Meetings (TRMs), executive workshops, and innovation briefings
- Build customized content for C‑suite, fab leadership, and technical decision‑makers
Innovation & Growth Enablement
- Partner with Product Marketing and R&D to deploy semiconductor innovations aligned to TSMC’s advanced node, water, and environmental needs
- Support innovation prioritization using VOC, competitive insights, and value quantification
- Assist with value‑based pricing models, ROI/TVD tools, and business case development for large‑scale adoption
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Serve as the marketing interface between global teams, Taiwan‑based stakeholders, and corporate account leadership
- Align closely with Sales, ITCs, Finance, Strategy, and Supply Chain to ensure consistent account execution
- Drive coordination across regional marketing, events, digital, and communications teams
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Track ABM effectiveness through pipeline influence, adoption metrics, and executive engagement outcomes
- Continuously refine messaging and programs based on customer feedback and performance data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree strongly preferred
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in semiconductors, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or capital equipment
- Demonstrated success in account‑based marketing or strategic customer marketing
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value
- Experience working with global / Asia‑based (Tawain) customers preferred
- Proven cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience supporting TSMC or Tier‑1/2 semiconductor manufacturers
- Familiarity with fab operations, UPW/water systems, yield drivers, and sustainability metrics
- Experience supporting executive engagements and customer discussions
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10+ years of B2B marketing experience
