How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Opening New Doors: You won’t sit around waiting for the phone to ring. By executing targeted outbound outreach and breathing life back into dormant accounts, you will expand our client's distributor network and capture untapped market share.

  • Turning One-Time Orders into Repeat Business: You will take existing distributor relationships and turn them into VIP accounts—proactively analyzing their needs to cross-sell and upsell custom solutions across our proprietary product catalog.

  • Getting to the “Yes”: You will own the conversation. From running high-impact discovery calls to navigating sticky pricing pushbacks and negotiating contracts, you are the bridge that turns a prospect's hesitation into a closed deal.

  • Selling Untethered: You get to focus 100% on revenue generation. Because you will be partnered with an Account Coordinator (who handles the quoting, proofs, and administrative heavy lifting), your focus remains strictly on managing your pipeline in Odoo and hitting your targets.

  • Proven sales track record with measurable close rates, generated revenue, and quota attainment
  • Experience with outbound cold prospecting and phone-based sales
