As an Account Manager (internal business title: Account Director) you are responsible for developing and strengthening long-term client relationships across a defined portfolio, with a clear focus on growing our presence in the Nordic market. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Drive business growth within the Nordic region by identifying opportunities to expand accounts through strategic partnerships, up- and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute a portfolio and account growth strategy aligned with overall sales targets
  • Proactively engage clients through regular meetings, on-site visits, and industry events to deepen relationships and increase visibility
  • Expand your network by building new connections in the market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Dynata’s full product portfolio and effectively position it to address client needs
  • Provide accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with a proven growth track record
  • Experience in market research, data, insights, or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
