Join the B2B Sales and Account Management function at Equifax, where you will be the central pillar connecting our established clients with the full breadth of our solutions. This client-facing role focuses on retaining and growing existing revenue across a moderate set of accounts, offering value-added consultation and strategic relationship management. You will leverage your consultative sales approach and business acumen to drive commercial value for both Equifax and our customers, playing a key role in our growth.
Serve as the key point of contact for established Equifax accounts, focusing on retaining and growing existing revenue annually.
Consult with clients on business problems to identify and suggest value-added solutions and alternatives.
Network effectively across client departments to develop value-added relationships, demonstrating a clear understanding of their industry and needs.
Orchestrate resources across the enterprise to drive sales and revenue growth across the full Equifax portfolio.
Identify new opportunities for customers to grow their business, mitigate risk, and lower operational costs using Equifax solutions.
Focus on customer service and retention through strategic negotiations (e.g., MSA negotiations).
Understand your customers' business intrinsically through structured account reviews and deep market understanding.
Manage a limited pipeline of customers with the goal of executing standard sales activities (P2 level).
Deliver sales presentations, develop bids, respond to proposals, and negotiate final terms and contracts as the primary point of contact for the sale.
A strong, proven track record in sales, specifically in key account management and new business development.
Documented success in strategically growing large corporate accounts.
Demonstrated success in face-to-face sales with deals in excess of $100K.
Possession of a consultative sales approach built on trust and strategic relationships.
Prior experience in the data, technology, and finance sectors is highly desirable.
Measurable knowledge and experience in account management.
The ability to identify key decision makers, understanding their role and individual goals and how these align to business outcomes.
Continued sales success over an extended period of time (e.g., 5+ years).
Showing continuous growth from a learning and development perspective (e.g., relevant certifications or demonstrated internal mobility).
