Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and coordinating internal resources.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure retention.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or client relations, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP or YPP programs is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously with a strong focus on detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
