As a Lead Account Manager focusing on Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and cultivating robust relationships with key customers in Middle East with a key focus on Zain and DU. You will actively identify and develop significant business opportunities by understanding customer needs, the competitive landscape, and Nokia’s FWA Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) innovative products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, contribute to pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts that align with both customer goals and Nokia’s corporate objectives. You will require a strong technical background in FWA and related technologies, coupled with excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
You will be reporting into the GSCO Sales organization with a dotted line reporting to the Portfolio Business FWA General Manager. As part of Nokia's plans to disinvest the FWA CPE unit by end of 2026, this role will transition to Inseego, alongside the rest of the FWA CPO organization. As the business evolves within Inseego, there may be opportunities for the scope of the role to expand, including additional product responsibilities and broader areas of ownership.
- Drive sales growth and achieve financial targets for the FWA CPE business across assigned customers and territories.
- Understand customer requirements, challenges, and future needs, positioning FWA solutions to address business objectives.
- Leverage knowledge of FWA networks and market trends to support solution development and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market, customer, and competitive analysis.
- Lead commercial activities, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and the development of competitive customer offers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products, processes, and customer value propositions.
- Provide sales leadership through complex problem-solving, strategic guidance, mentoring, and best-practice sharing across the organization.
Must have:
- Master’s degree in telecommunications, engineering or business administration.
- 10+ years of extensive relevant experience in sales or account management
- Possessing a solid understanding of FWA technology, FWA network architecture, and related 3GPP knowledge
- Knowledge of the overall networking solutions and business, and customer relationship management and industry landscape knowledge
- Cross-cultural communication skills and a global mindset, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
