Job Description:

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure business activities are in full compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and local regulations.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of the customers for assigned key footwear OEM/accounts, build trust and maintain long-term relationship with key external stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer needs through proactive communication and support.
  • Explore new customers along the value chain in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Propose and execute sales forecasts and account plans.
  • Manage account receivable and debaters as well as ensure the ensure the delivery of the product stewardship.

Revenue and Growth

  • Deliver footwear sales budget and revenue goals.
  • Identify sales opportunities and coordinate with supporting function team for the delivery.
  • Expand the new customers and explore new projects in the footwear market to target business upside.
  • Implement growth strategical tasks with the seamless collaboration with BD and Marketing manager.

Account Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute key account plans based on the 1st hand information as customers’ needs and company objectives.
  • Forecast sales performance and contribute to strategical planning.
  • Collect market and competitor activities and intelligence for the adjustment to the strategy.

Problem-Solving and Issues Resolution

  • Address customers’ concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate issues and follow through until resolution.
  • Minimize churn by proactively managing risk to customers satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Service team to provide seamless delivery of technical solutions and application support.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and peers to ensure the alignment of the project development and the achievement of sales objectives.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate records of customer engagement activities and report on a timely basis.
  • Ensure customers’ demand forecast and order tracking are well planned.
  • Prepare reports on customer performance, pipeline and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and ethical standards.
