We're now looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Singapore team.

This is a role for a true sales professional. Someone who loves being in front of customers, thrives on winning new business, and is motivated by building long-term customer relationships that deliver real commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities across the Singapore market.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving new logo acquisition and generating new revenue opportunities

  • Growing and retaining existing enterprise accounts

  • Building trusted relationships with senior business and technology decision-makers

  • Creating and executing territory and account growth plans

  • Managing opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close

  • Identifying customer challenges and positioning Telstra's solutions to create value

  • Partnering with Solution Specialists, Pre-Sales and Product teams to develop compelling customer outcomes

  • Delivering against revenue, growth and customer satisfaction targets

This role requires someone who enjoys being customer-facing, commercially driven and proactive in their approach.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated sales professional who brings a strong track record of enterprise sales success and a genuine passion for customer engagement.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience in enterprise telecommunications, technology or ICT sales

  • A proven track record of hunting, winning and growing customer accounts

  • Experience selling networking, connectivity or managed solutions

  • Strong knowledge of solutions such as SD-WAN, MPLS, IP VPN, DIA, Cloud Connectivity, Security or related technologies

  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales opportunities and commercial negotiations

  • Confidence engaging with C-Level executives, technology leaders and business decision-makers

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic account planning capability

  • A proactive, resilient and customer-centric approach
