Role overview
The Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) is a high-impact leadership role within the Red Hat Ecosystem Sales organization. You will serve as an entrepreneurial strategist, orchestrating Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for cloud and managed services across Singapore.
Your mission is to architect and manage strategic relationships with cornerstone partners— including CTC, NCS, AsiaPac, STE, and NTT—to drive sustainable ecosystem growth and accelerate the adoption of Red Hat’s innovative portfolio.
What you will do:
The Three Pillars
I. Business Development & Strategy
● Success Planning: Develop and execute the Partner Success Plan (PSP) to ensure rigorous alignment on mutual long-term objectives.
● Relationship Management: Act as the primary internal champion for strategic partners, leading cross-functional alignment across Red Hat.
● Value Proposition: Commandingly sell the value of the Red Hat partnership, demonstrating how open-source technologies create massive business opportunities.
II. Sales Excellence
● Pipeline Growth: Drive and manage the execution of joint pipelines to achieve measurable bookings growth and incremental pipeline development.
● Sales Orchestration: Create harmony between partner sellers and Red Hat internal sellers to ensure seamless execution against growth targets.
● Mentorship: Navigate partners through Red Hat’s internal sales processes and organizational structures.
III. Technical Strategy & Innovation
● Solution Co-Creation: Identify and co-create unique, repeatable offerings by collaborating directly with partner technical teams.
● Technical Advocacy: Articulate how Red Hat products serve as foundational building blocks within a multi-vendor technology stack.
● Enablement: Architect strategies for technical and sales enablement, involving the necessary Red Hat resources to achieve flagship wins.
