Responsabilidades Principales
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos de cuenta enfocados en crecimiento y rentabilidad.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones cercanas con tomadores de decisión clave, mediante interacción directa y visitas presenciales.
  • Identificar y capitalizar oportunidades de negocio incremental y proyectos en conjunto con el BDM.
  • Coordinar la participación de equipos internos (Sales, Sales Operations, SBUs) para asegurar una ejecución efectiva.
  • Recopilar y analizar información del cliente para desarrollar propuestas alineadas a sus necesidades de negocio.
  • Asegurar la entrega de valor al cliente manteniendo márgenes esperados y un mix balanceado de productos.
  • Mantener y mejorar SLAs.
  • Gestionar de forma correcta reportes, actividades y administración en CRM y sistemas internos.
Perfil Buscado
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Key Account Management, Account Management o roles comerciales estratégicos.
  • Manejo de cuentas grandes y relacionamiento con stakeholders senior.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con múltiples equipos internos.
  • Enfoque analítico, orientación a resultados y habilidades sólidas de comunicación y negociación.
  • Comodidad con herramientas digitales, CRM y plataformas comerciales.
