As a member of the sales team, you will take the lead in finding new opportunities for our information management business, both with new prospects and existing customers. You love building new connections and spotting opportunities. In a competitive B2B market, you know how to create demand and convert interest into lasting partnerships. You know how to map out the needs of a customer and you have the drive, the courage and the persuasive power to convert demand into a partnership with our customers.

- Proactively generate new leads and appointments in the Information Management domain (new logos and existing customers).
- Visit prospects and customers, qualify their needs and guide them through the full sales cycle.
- Follow up opportunities by phone, email and CRM (Salesforce).
- Translate business and process needs into solution proposals together with Presales and Delivery.
- Manage and develop your own customer portfolio (account management and upselling).
- Contribute to RFP/RFQ processes where relevant (content, positioning, pricing input).
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Share market feedback (competitors, trends, customer needs) with the team.
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on activities, opportunities and risks.
- Bachelor degree, preferably in business or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, IT services or digital solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in Information Management is a strong asset.
- Fluent in French and Dutch.
- Professional knowledge of the English language is a requirement in the IT sector.
