The Account Manager will be supporting the Sales team in developing proposals, tenders and quotations, working closely with clients to develop effective online market research solutions.
The account manager is responsible for providing pricing, feasibility, and consolation to clients regarding Dynata products and services. This role is essential in developing, maintaining, and expanding client relationships in order to increase revenue.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, pro-active and keen to work in a small office environment with a social side.
ResponsibilitiesThese include the following, other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role:
Prepare proposals across all product sets including feasibility and pricing, deliver quotes to clients
Support Account Directors in all admin aspects of sales and marketing
Develop knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques
Manage client projects from setup through to completion
Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes
Liaise closely with the Operations department to assist with the effective delivery of projects
Provide administrative support across internal processes, documentation, and reporting
Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date
Maintain and optimise CRM database records to support effective account management and reporting
Provide assistance to interstate sales teams on an ad-hoc basis
Open to fresh graduates; up to 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification is required
Must be authorized to work in Australia
Market research or Marketing experience is a plus but not required
Strong ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders
Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in work, with excellent organisational skills.
High level of professionalism, strong numeracy skills, and sound business judgment
Focused on achieving outcomes, with a commitment to precision and quality
