Your responsibilities

As Account Manager Benefit Major you are responsible for expanding your client portfolio and for developing commercial collaborations and long-term relationships with decision-makers at all levels.

In order to achieve this:

  • You pay regularly visits to your clients and you actively participate in customer events. You proactively approach clients with custom-made solutions.
  • You are implementing various projects with existing clients as one of your daily tasks.
  • You negotiate at a high level. Business leaders, Financial Directors, and HR managers are your persons of interest.
  • You are responsible for your own benchmark studies, analysing your client portfolio, and preparing and delivering professional presentations.
  • You efficiently delegate the daily follow-up of your files to your colleague in the commercial department. By doing this you ensure flawless administration follow-up.

In short: you do everything possible to achieve your objectives in terms of order volume and profitability and to achieve all the above, you work closely together with your manager.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Persuasive, communicative and fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • An enthusiastic customer-focused, proactive and reactive person who can work independently and takes up ownership.
  • Previous commercial experience needed.
  • A well-organised person which can communicate key information gathered during your client meetings to your internal colleagues and manager, ensuring excellent service to your clients. Furthermore, you take care of your admin in an accurate way.
  • A trust builder: you build strong relationships with your clients and make sure to amaze them with your hands on and personal service.
