What you will do
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders.
- Engage regularly with customers to understand their business needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Present high-level, value-driven solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Translate customer requirements into viable commercial and technical proposals.
- Mobilize and manage internal resources to design, sell, and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations, enabling seamless implementation and execution.
- Cultivate strong internal and external partnerships to support customer success and Ericsson's business goals.
- Develop and execute innovative account strategies that drive customer expansion and revenue growth.
- Conduct market and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate business risks through effective account and commercial management.

- Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Expansion
- Strong capabilities in Market Analysis and Business Risk Management
- Expertise in Insight Selling, Consultative Selling, and Storytelling
- Solid background in Contract Negotiation and Commercial Management
- Excellent Sales Presentation and Stakeholder Engagement skills
- High level of Situational Agility and Sense-making
