BPOD latam is looking for a person to support our team as Account Manager in Cuidad de Mexico.


Position Summary:


The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key mid-size to large enterprise accounts. 

This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and solution-oriented selling.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives and growth targets. 
  • Maintain deep understanding of customers’ business challenges and technology needs to propose effective solutions.
  • Drive consistent pipeline development through proactive engagement and relationship management.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology related sales. 
  • Proven track record selling enterprise software/SaaS focused on IT service management or endpoint protection to end users within the technology industry.
  • Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end users within technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
  • Fluency written and verbal communications in English is a must. 
  • Availability for visits with clients, national and international business trips.
