What you'll do:
- Manage partner relationships and create an environment between the partner and the account manager that is conducive to both account maintenance and growth
- Ensure project timelines, both internal and external, are progressing according to plan and assist in alleviating delays, as possible/needed
- Conduct regular partner check-in calls/meetings to ensure goals are being met and identify any areas where additional resources are needed
- Facilitate communication between the partner and Production Manager/internal departments within iU
- Strategize to grow existing accounts, bringing upsell opportunities to the table based on partner business goals, health of the account, etc.
- Participate in all stages of project lifecycle
- Generate invoicing
- Assist the business development team with new business proposals, bandwidth permitting
- Assist in calculating and analyzing metrics illustrating the reach and success of efforts
What we'll love about you:
- At least 3+ years work experience in account/business management, marketing/pr in video production or special event management fields
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, outgoing attitude and approach
- Ability to work additional hours (nights and weekends), as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
- Working knowledge of Google Drive
