Account Manager

Altenar is an international IT company founded in 2011, with offices in Malta, Greece, Georgia, the Isle of Man, and Uruguay. We specialize in high-load software development and provide one of the best technology solutions for the iGaming industry worldwide.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all client needs and concerns
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business and attract new customers
• Monitor account activity to ensure services align with client budgets and expectations
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to fulfill customer requests efficiently
• Resolve client complaints and proactively improve processes to prevent future issues
• Work closely with the product team to align product updates with client expectations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to support upselling and cross-selling

Requirements and skills:

• Language:
  • Italian – Proficient (native or near-native level)
  • English – Intermediate level
• Industry Experience:
  • Previous experience working with an Italian sports betting company (operating in the regulated Italian market)
  • Familiarity with ADM procedures and compliance (Italian regulatory authority)
• Core Competencies:
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
