ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Account Manager at Jackpot, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional experience to our most valued customers. This role is all about building strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients who expect and deserve the highest level of service and support.
You’ll serve as a dedicated point of contact, deeply understanding each customer’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. By staying ahead of their expectations, you’ll proactively offer solutions, identify opportunities to enhance their experience, and ensure every interaction feels personal, seamless, and thoughtful.
Success in this role means not only meeting our customers’ standards, but consistently exceeding them. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to advocate for your clients, streamline their journey, and help shape the highest standard of customer care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Strategically service a portfolio of approx. 150 valued clients.
  • Confidently handle high level escalations and diffuse heated situations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to help increase brand loyalty. 
  • Take responsibility for increasing your product and brand knowledge. Proactively communicate new features to the relevant players in your portfolio, act on opportunities to educate customers on features and products to increase value.
  • Be the bridge between the customer and various operational teams, supporting Jackpot in adhering to its compliance obligations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate and understand the headlines, KPIs, and key activities which drive the performance of your portfolio.

YOU IDEALLY HAVE:

  • Self motivated personality, willingness to build a function from the ground up, and the ability to work in a fast, high-growth environment.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at sustaining high value level relationships.
  • 2-3 years experience hitting productivity targets.
  • Analytical mindset, takes a data-driven approach to deeply understand customer behavior, and trends.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience.
  • Ability to understand the implications of actions and make recommendations for solutions.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You are comfortable building a function from the ground up, being able to balance speed, with effective process.
  • You enjoy working with others, especially cross-functionally, but are also known to be incredibly autonomous when it comes to your work output
  • You are not bothered by competing tasks or priorities. You know how to structure your time and work while managing team member expectations to prioritize projects effectively
  • You have grit, tenacity, and what people describe to be a “get it done” mentality. You don’t believe any task is too big or too small for you
  • You are not bothered by change or shifting priorities. You’ve been described as adaptable and solutions-oriented
  • You care about doing what is right for the customer
