Manage in-store lottery ticket processing and fulfillment, follow opening/closing procedures, replenish shelves, maintain and troubleshoot printing/scanning equipment, escalate issues, participate in ad-hoc projects, and adhere to operating procedures to maintain quality standards.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Data Analytics and Data Science. Build and scale a modern data platform and team, partner cross-functionally, develop ML models for personalization and fraud detection, enable self-service analytics and experimentation, and embed AI across the business.

Manage and optimize paid social and in-app acquisition campaigns (initial focus on Meta and in-app channels). Lead creative testing with designers, onboard and manage ad networks via Appsflyer, track KPIs, analyze performance, recommend optimizations, set budgets and channel KPIs, and collaborate with creative, data, product, and platform reps to scale profitable user growth.
