Job Summary:
Field sales executive focused on customers to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned accounts. Identifies customer needs and applies company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improved profitability. Develops strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals, creating and managing a business and execution plan for shared success among the customer, vendor partners and the company.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales/project opportunities at existing and prospective customers
- Provide best service to customers as well as information on products and services
- Work closely with Products Engineers to identify project opportunities and to generate design wins in cooperation with suppliers
- Meet with customers to identify product and service needs
- Maximize sales opportunities and profitability for the assigned customers to achieve the budget
- Closely cooperate with internal sales
- You report to the Reginal Sales Manager
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent with technical or commercial secondary education
- Experience in sales of technical products, preferably within the electronics and component industry
- A positive, customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
- Independent and autonomous professional, but also a real team player with a sense of humor
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Deep knowledge in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Word, Teams, SAP, Sales Force
- Be up to date with the latest technology is an advantage
- Driving license and willing to travel (across Europe).
