The Role:

AppLogic Networks is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own, expand, and grow key Telco accounts across the BNLX and DACH regions. You will be responsible for generating new revenue, deepening existing relationships, and driving adoption of our solutions among top mobile and network service providers.
As an Account Manager, you will manage a defined territory, identify and close new opportunities, and ensure customers achieve measurable value from our products and services. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver the right solutions that drive revenue, adoption, and long-term partnership success.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve sales quotas and drive revenue across BNLX & DACH Telco accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify, qualify, and close new high-value opportunities
  • Develop strategic account plans for major and regional customers
  • Understand competitive threats and position offerings to win
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-focused presentations and product value stories
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Manage contract expectations, risks, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to support account lifecycle growth
  • Analyze and document customer results to ensure business needs are met
  • Promote new products, services, and capabilities within assigned accounts

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience selling to BNLX and DACH mobile/network service providers
  • Proven success in value-based selling and ROI positioning
  • Consistent history of surpassing revenue targets and quotas
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications landscape, including major players, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics
  • Knowledge of Fixed & Mobile Networks, Analytics, and Customer Experience technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic deals with executive-level prospects
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills across organizations and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required)
  • Skilled in needs assessment, proposal development, and solution delivery
  • Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
  • 10+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a top-performing track record
