Job Description SummaryThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts and strategic project assigned. This individual will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand product offerings and maximize revenue. The Account Manager will work in a team with other AM/Product Specialists that are working in these accounts for all GE HealthCare business units. He/She will work very closely with the Strategic Projects and Private Accounts Director supporting him/her to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service that respond customer needs and objectives.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
-
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, leading the account community and coordinating deals and long-term strategies that support mutual goals. Drive initiatives that increase market share, boost revenue, and enhance profitability.

Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively address them to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Understand holistic hospital environment and customer segmentation to enable effective overall customer relationship.

Develop and execute customer strategies, leading transactions and crafting compelling value propositions that fully leverage GE HealthCare’s capabilities to meet customer needs effectively

Drive market share growth, increase revenue, and strengthen the GE HealthCare brand within selected accounts/territories and projects.
Sales Forecasting and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Define and review annual account plans and ensure a disciplined execution against these plans.

Create and follow up on new customer leads (including procurement and hospital management.)

Utilize tools and software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and maintain up-to-date records. Deployment of relevant tools. For example, use Salesforce to support and enable successful commercial activity.
Required Qualifications

Experience and/or education in healthcare sector

Project management with analytical skills and critical thinking

Excellent communication, commercial, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade clients.

Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team collaborating in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Ability to integrate insights across technology and clinical applications, with a keen understanding of industry trends and market demands

Capacity to build strong trustful relations with C Suites at all levels within the organization
