As an Account Manager within the Customer Success department, you will play a crucial role in our client base's strategic growth and retention. You will be responsible for evaluating existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to ensure retention. This role demands a proactive approach to relationship management, with a keen focus on leveraging customer feedback and data to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Account Growth: Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Develop and execute strategies for upsells, cross-sells, and account retention.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and consistent support.
  • Retention Strategy: Proactively address issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize churn.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer’s voice within Upfluence, sharing feedback to influence product improvements and enhance the overall experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, using data to inform strategies and optimize results.

Qualifications

  • A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to align business strategy to client needs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with a track record of achieving retention or sales goals.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
