Through innovative process automation technology, the company engineers and manufactures products that serve over 600 commercial poultry hatcheries in over 68 countries worldwide.
What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional customer service.
- Account management experience to provide product and process validation, customer development, and product training to ensure growth in sales and profitability.
- Deliver on opportunities to reduce operational cost while still meeting the needs of the customer.
- Coordination of business travel and management of travel expenses.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, for periods of up to two weeks at a time and 14 weeks per year.
- Effective self-management while traveling and in the office.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license in country of residence and maintain passport and proper documentation to travel domestically and internationally.
- Respect for individuals and appreciation for diversity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related technical field is preferred; or four years of equivalent higher education and/or combination of education and technical experience.
- Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal) skills in English and Portuguese required. Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
What you’ll do:
As an Account Manager, you will work with customers, industry partners, and our dynamic team to promote and support our cutting-edge products and technologies while crafting exceptional customer experiences. This position will travel to customers and visit accounts to conduct immersive training, oversee product installations, provide hands-on maintenance, and offer overall support.
Other key areas include:
- Ability to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement effective solutions and courses of technical action.
- Successfully handle multiple demands simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be comfortable and willing to handle live animals with routine frequency.
- Working knowledge and aptitude for poultry industry and biology is preferred.
