Design, develop, test, and document embedded firmware and device drivers from concept through customer deployment. Program and debug embedded systems (C preferred), implement communication protocols, create and execute test protocols, analyze data, troubleshoot/root-cause issues, and collaborate cross-functionally. Use development and CAD tools to support hardware/firmware design and product performance.

Design, develop, test, and document electrical hardware and firmware for new and existing products. Diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop test protocols, analyze data, support full product lifecycle, and collaborate across teams to implement solutions and customer deployments.

Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and scalable data models. Analyze datasets to surface insights and KPIs. Serve as SME for Dynamics 365 data, automate reporting, and partner cross-functionally. Lead enterprise AI strategy, implementation, governance, and user adoption to deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Serve as primary technical account manager for poultry hatchery customers in Africa: install equipment, perform mechanical field repairs and maintenance, provide technical support and training, manage accounts through on-site visits, monitor system performance, and build long-term customer relationships.

Lead development and execution of company-wide culture and wellbeing strategies. Partner with senior leaders to influence values-based behavior, design scalable initiatives, measure cultural health using data, and manage budgets and resources to improve employee experience across the organization.
