What's exciting about the role

We are expanding our dynamic sales team and currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join our vibrant team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. As an Account Manager at Verifone, you'll play a key role in delivering a consultative and engaging B2B sales experience. Your focus will be on driving new business and maximizing additional sales opportunities, leveraging our ever-evolving range of products and services. Building strong, ongoing relationships with customers is crucial, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through tailored solutions and proactive communication.

You will of course be trained in our products and services and trained in sales and communication techniques. This will give you a number of tools and skills that you can use at Verifone and further in your career. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Customer support and maintenance via phone and email
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Managing and nurturing leads
  • Preparing tender documents and materials
  • Providing continuous follow-up with contacted prospects
  • Proactively reaching out to and advising potential new customers

About you

We are looking for a positive and energetic person who sees opportunities instead of limitations. You must be comfortable with change and accept that change is a constant ongoing factor at Verifone, as we are a company in constant development. You must enjoy being in competition with yourself and also be motivated by an everyday life where sales, self-discipline and drive are an absolute must in order to succeed. Only you set the limits for how far you want to go. 

  • You speak and write fluent Danish and English
  • You are motivated by creating results and want to be paid accordingly
  • You see opportunities, work in a structured way and are good at keeping many balls in the air
  • You are a skilled salesperson who uncovers the customers' needs before you find the solution
  • You work independently, but at the same time you are a good team player
  • You are persistent and know what it takes to close a sale
