TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
- Participate in setting up dashboards and reports, both in CRM (ZOHO) and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the production and review of accurate and actionable sales reports for sales reps, GEO sales leaders and the executive team.
- Support for the Sales Events/exhibitions
- Support for Sales Operations of the sales team, including managing quote, invoice, expense.
- Partner with Global Sales and Finance to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
- Lead the sales activities in the specific existing Tier 1 accounts, be responsible for quote, negotiation, invoice and contract.
- Carry the sales quote of 0.5M-1M euro/year

Professional Background
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role
- Experience in Automotive industry is plus

- Understanding of finance processes and commercial risk
- The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Global Sales Leadership and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
- Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
- A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- Excel skills
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
