As a Senior Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, tasked with winning commercial deals in key markets/verticals. Your role is not just about selling; it's about understanding customer pain points, leveraging our unique selling propositions (USP), and developing targeted commercial offers. Success in this role involves collaboration, strategic thinking, and meticulous pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP to win new business.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
- Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
- Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
- Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production.
- Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved, and customers have an exceptional experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in face to face consulting FX, payments or, financial services
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and sales support
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.
