Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and committed Account Manager to join our integrated Sales and Service team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in customer relationship management and possesses a keen acumen for business development. As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in both developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving strategic sales initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Engage in proactive customer outreach to build relationships and enhance client retention.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, aligning client objectives with HelloTeam's offerings.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Proactively monitor account health, addressing client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Customer Success:

  • Efficiently onboard new clients, ensuring they understand and utilize our products and services effectively.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvements in our products and services.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Finance to optimize the client experience and resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales and service activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Regularly report on account statuses, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the skill to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Adaptive and analytical, with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
