The opportunity:

The Account Manager is the day-to-day owner of one or more client accounts. The role builds strong, trust-based client relationships, drives the smooth delivery of creative projects from brief to launch, and protects both the quality of the work and the financial health of the account. The Account Manager partners closely with creative, strategy, production and finance colleagues, and acts as the agency's most visible face to mid-level client stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with day-to-day client stakeholders and agency colleagues
  • Become the knowledge keeper and promoter for the client's business, brand and category
  • Understand client needs, identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio, and proactively bring agency thinking to the client
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction across every interaction
  • Develop and implement plans to manage and grow assigned accounts
  • Work with the creative, strategy and production teams to ensure work progresses through the agency as planned and on time; initiate changes or improvements when needed
  • Accurately scope and schedule creative and production projects across multiple channels
  • Present and sell creative ideas and production estimates to clients; defend creative ambition with confidence
  • Understand the big-picture finances of assigned accounts — income, profit, scope and contract
  • Manage estimates, billing and cost control to protect account profitability
  • Identify and act on opportunities to grow revenue and deliver added value to clients
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions on time and on budget
  • Support and guide Junior Account Managers and interns; share knowledge and act as a role model
  • Stay current on trends in media, communications and technology, and embrace new creative opportunities as they emerge
  • Using the Timesheet logging system to report worklogs and project status
  • Proactively take part and clearly communicate through the full project lifecycles
What we want from you:
  • 3–5 years of account management experience in a creative or advertising agency
  • Ability to thrive in a complex stakeholder management environment and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting client needs
  • Experience contributing to strong creative campaign work and partnering with large, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to accurately scope and schedule complex creative and production projects
  • Proven organisational and planning skills — must be precise and detail-oriented
  • Proactive approach to developments in media and communications channels and the imagination to embrace new creative opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Sound understanding of agency financials — estimates, profitability, billing
  • Confident user of project management, productivity and emerging AI tools that support agency work
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, business or closely related areas
In return, this is what you can expect from us:
  • Private health insurance package (for employees working with us for a year and more)
  • International and in-house training possibilities
  • Education budget to suit your own development
  • International projects
  • Diverse teams (in 2023 our office has the 'Most diverse Company' special award in the Loveable Workplace competition)
And there's more:
  • Kid and dog friendly office
  • Annual team building days and many fun events
  • Award-winning and well-equipped office
