  • Enter and maintain accurate job information in our ERP/MIS system (Pace) including specifications, schedules, production notes, mailing, fulfillment, and delivery requirements.
  • Manage inventory replenishment for assigned customer programs by monitoring inventory and usage, initiating repeat orders, and resolving inventory exceptions.
  • Review estimates, artwork, job specifications, and proofs for accuracy and communication changes as needed.
  • Monitor work in progress, respond to time-sensitive issues, and proactively address problems that could impact quality or schedule.
  • Communicate order status, project updates, and questions with customers, Sales, and internal production teams.
  • Partner with Prepress, Digital, Press, Bindery, Grand Format, Fulfillment, Mailing, dokshop, and Shipping to move work through production.
  • Submit estimate requests and assist with repeat orders, recurring programs, and customer account support.
  • Provide backup and operational support to other Account Managers as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve Client Services processes using Lean Principles.
  • Learn Prisma's customers, systems, and production processes and take on greater account responsibility as your knowledge grows.

  • Ability to manage multiple orders, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to catch issues before they become problems.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and working with spreadsheets.
  • Beginner-level experience with AI tools, or an interest in learning how to use AI to work more efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative, flexible teammate.
