Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Regularly visit clients and maintain close contact to understand their needs and challenges.
- Proactively propose solutions tailored to customer requirements and business strategies.
- Develop and execute action plans for key accounts, tracking sales progress and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize customer value and drive sales growth.
- Prioritize customers and opportunities with the highest potential.
- Analyze customer activities and results to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
- Manage profitability by monitoring margins and minimizing losses.
- Participate in negotiations of contracts and projects for medium and key accounts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Slovakian language
- Experience in key account management or B2B sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work closely with customers.
