About you:
You’re a confident new business sales professional who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities from the ground up. You know how to navigate complex sales environments, balancing multiple stakeholders while keeping momentum throughout the sales cycle. You’re commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable using technology and AI-powered tools to help you work smarter. You enjoy sharing knowledge with others and are recognised as someone people turn to for advice, support and practical guidance.
Day-to-day, you will:
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities, using market insight and AI-powered sales tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to solution demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and close.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers across complex organisations, helping customers understand how our solutions can support their business goals.
Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Go-To-Market teams, sharing customer feedback and mentoring colleagues to support team success.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Experience in business-to-business software or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales environments.
Knowledge of procurement processes, framework agreements and tender responses.
Experience using AI-enabled sales intelligence, customer engagement or sales automation tools.
Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and how to use commercial insights to create opportunities.
